This middle school 2-day camp is designed to prepare each athlete to be confident and ready for their school season. Our emphasis will be on repetition and technique. All basic skills of volleyball will be attended to, with the most focus being placed on the serving and passing aspect of the game.
MONDAYS Firm Foundations II is for 4th-8th graders who are looking to continue to build their fundamental skills of passing, setting, attacking, serving, blocking and defense, while also learning strategies of the game through league play. All skill levels are welcome.
