We are all very excited about our opening weekend of soccer this Saturday and look forward to all the fun that the kids will have out on the pitch this season.
Games will be played on the far West side of Wylie High School, 4502 ANTILLEY RD ABILENE, TX 79606. please remember that we are leasing this area and want to be good stewards so they will continue to allow us to play here.
Please help us out by:
Picking up the trash from your sidelines after each game
Parking in designated areas only and not pulling directly up to the fields. If you have someone who needs a cart ride to the fields, please let someone at the Board Tent know and we will do everything we can to accommodate a ride for them.
There is NO smoking/vaping allowed out at the fields
There are NO pets allowed out at the fields
Bathrooms are located between the Softball and Baseball fields. Please help us to keep them picked up and usable.
If you notice a trashcan is overflowing, please find another for your trash and let someone at the Board Tent know so we can get the full trash bag replaced.
Practices should NOT be held on the Pee Wee fields or the baseball practice field. Those areas are only to be used for our games on Saturdays.
This season, we will also be running a concession stand at the Board Tent. We will have water, Gatorade, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Nachos, Chips, and a few different candy items for purchase.
We hope you all have a great season and appreciate your patience and help as we work to get and keep our season going.”

“This team. Words cannot express how extremely proud we are of all the boys and Ella!! You played your hearts out and our league and community cannot be more proud of all of you! Your once-in-a-lifetime experience has come to an end, but your memories of this ride will last forever! Carter, Dylan, Ella, Brody, Landry, Blaze, Myles, Cason, Major, Carson, Colton, Jaxon, Stetson, and Dillon…..thank you all for your hard work and for letting us all enjoy seeing you play the game you love! Coaches….Reggie, Clay, and Bryan….amazing job leading this team and taking care of the kiddos when they were away from their parents! You all did an amazing job representing WELL!! We cannot wait to see you all at home and congratulate you!! Safe travels and see you in Texas!
“Hi everyone! Sad day….we will not be able to have fall ball at Redbud this year as we do not have enough players in each age division to make a team. If you registered online through us, a refund will be issued & if you are still interested in having your kids play, you still have the option of registering them through Wylie Fastpitch Softball Association . Their spots are limited so it’s going to be a “first come, first serve” situation. So please hurry! We’re hoping that the Spring ball outcome will be great for us! Best of luck to you all!” (pulled from FB on Aug. 30)
“Parents we are still waiting on coaches to get background checks done and safe sport done we can not release rosters until these steps are done. We are working as hard as we can with north texas soccer to get these done and back as fast as possible.
We also still have a few teams to secure coaches for that we are working on.
“It’s that time of the year again! Fall registration is open online or in-person tomorrow Aug 21st 10a-12p at the rink in Cal Young Park. We will have ball hockey going. See you tomorrow!” (pulled from FB on Aug. 20)

If you know of anyone that is a high school or college student, or just someone who would like to umpire this season, please send us a direct message. Give us your email and a good phone number to umpire Eastern Little League games. (The immediate need is minors and farm). If you want to umpire majors, we might work that out as well!
Due to the umpire shortage in our area, we may not have an official umpire at our games. If you know anyone interested in being an Umpire please contact us ASAP

That time of year again! Great prizes, plus we have a PS5 that we will award to a player. For every 10 tickets a player sells, they will get their name in a drawing for the PS5. (Sell 20 your name goes in twice, etc.). We have set up a Venmo account for the league at Jim Ned Baseball Association. If you use this to purchase raffle tickets, make sure you include your name, phone #, and the player who should get credit in the memo so we can get them filled out correctly. Thanks!

(Sell 20 your name goes in twice, etc.). We have set up a Venmo account for the league at Jim Ned Baseball Association. If you use this to purchase raffle tickets, make sure you include your name, phone #, and the player who should get credit in the memo so we can get them filled out correctly. Thanks!
